The Talk Dock from UncommonGoods connects your phone to an old-fashioned handset and makes it look rather like an old desktop phone. You can use the 30-pin connector with your iPhone, and the Talk Dock will serve as your phone stand, charging dock, and phone receiver. You’ll be able to use your shoulder to hold the receiver against your ear to keep your hands free – just like in those old TV shows and movies you may have seen. ;) The Talk Dock is made of ABS plastic and is available in black or green. Don’t worry if you don’t have an iPhone, because you can still use the receiver with other phones by plugging the receiver’s cord into the 3.5mm audio plug on your phone. You can also detach the handset and take it with you when you don’t want to be tied to your desk. The Talk Dock is $36.00. (It looks almost exactly like the iClooly Phonestand I reviewed a couple of years ago.)
